Ready to get the ball rolling?

Here is a quick overview of the start to finish process of building your new website.

timeline: 4-6 weeks

01 | design intake & discovery call

The first step is the start here with a design questionnaire. This form will give me an idea of what you need for your website. Once that’s complete, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision and answer any questions you may have.

02 | Sign on the dotted line

Once we have a game plan in place, we’ll choose a start date and I’ll send over a working agreement and your first invoice. A signed agreement and booking fee (50% of the quoted price) officially gets you on my calendar.

03 | planning | client Homework

Homework time!! Over the next 2 weeks, you’ll gather all of your content (including images and copy), set up your domain and hosting, and set up any new accounts you’ll need for your site (social media, email marketing ). If you choose to add the upgrades, I’ll do all the setup for you!

04 | design Time

I’ll send you the final invoice for the remaining balance and once received, I’ll get to the design and development of your site. I’ll start with the homepage first, and once approved, I’ll move on to the remaining pages.

05 | review & edit

Everything is pretty much put to together at this point and we’ll hop on a call to review the entire site to make sure everything is working as planned and looks exactly how you envisioned. Any changes to content and design can be made during this time.

06 | Time to Launch

It’s time to go live, alert the presses!! Be sure to let all of your social media channels know that your new website is up and running! During this final phase, I’ll also teach you how to make updates and maintain your site on your own.
